"The City Needs Change" is a light-hearted way to raise funds that enable Alpha to provide its free services to clients. It's an easy and enjoyable way to provide much needed support for Alpha. Fill a baby bottle with spare change. Bring a smile to your face as you think about a little one and a mother thriving and filled with hope.

We started the year with a campaign for churches to fill bottles in January for Human Life Month, and it was such a great success that we’d like to keep it going.

If your church already did it, think about doing it again later this year. If you didn’t do it yet, consider doing it now. Or just keep circulating those bottles all year long.

Here’s how it works. We supply the bottles for you to use. You make them available to the people in your church to fill. Then we pick them up again.

Save the date for Alpha’s 2013 banquet!

We will be holding our 2013 banquet at the City Line Hilton on Thursday, October 17, 2013, and we are happy to announce that Roland Warren will be our speaker.

Roland C. Warren is currently the CEO of Care Net, a network of more than 1,100 pregnancy centers across North America. Prior to that he served as president of the National Fatherhood Initiative (NFI), where he was dedicated to the mission of improving the well-being of children by increasing the proportion of children that are raised with involved, responsible and committed fathers. Roland is also an old friend of Alpha’s. His wife, Dr. Yvette Lopez-Warren, served as an Alpha board member and medical director when they lived in the Philadelphia area.
