Alpha employs a small staff that works hard for the organization, but they cannot fully support the organization without help from others who have a heart to serve God and their community.  Below is a list of some of the volunteer opportunities available to those who are seeking a way to help the women and families in the city of Philadelphia.  This list is not all-inclusive, so if you have a talent to share that is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us.

VOLUNTEER REGISTERED NURSE
We are in need of Registered Nurses who could volunteer 4 hours every other week to do pregnancy tests

VOLUNTEER SOCIAL WORKERS
We are in need of Social Workers who could volunteer 4 hours every other week

VOLUNTEER HOTLINERS
We are in need of people who would be able to work our hotline from their own homes

We are in need of volunteers who could come in 4 hours once a month to help with sorting baby clothes and maternity clothes

CHURCH LIAISONS
We are in need of volunteers who can coordinate Alpha events and fundraisers in their home church

EVENT ASSISTANTS
We are in need of volunteers who can help coordinate the details of the various events we hold at Alpha like our Walk for LIfe and Annual Dinner

COMMITTEE MEMBERS
We are in need of skilled professionals who can serve on a committee that meets every other month supporting Alpha in the following areas: Development, Building Management, and Program Services
